Our Friendly House Rules
The Vital Rules
🚨 We want you to have an amazing stay! However, we live in a strict HOA. Violating any of the rules below will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Quiet Hours (10 PM - 8 AM): No loud noise. Please walk softly—our downstairs neighbors sleep directly below the kitchen!
- No Parties or Events: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unapproved visitors are strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside. If you smoke outside, all doors and windows must be completely closed.
- No Illegal Drugs: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Being a Good Neighbor
Trash Disposal
- Take food trash to the garage bins every other day to keep bugs away.
- Please do not leave trash in hallways or common areas.
Parking
- Park only in designated space #4.
- Do not use or unplug the Tesla wall charger.
Caring for the Space
- Protect Surfaces: Hot pots and pans will crack the stone countertops! Always use coasters, placemats, or tablecloths.
- Fridge Doors: Open them gently so they don't hit the oven handle, and always make sure they are pushed completely shut.
- Plants: If our indoor plants look a bit thirsty, feel free to give them a tiny sip of water!
