Main Entrance Pad: Key in code 20114 followed by the Bell button to clear the threshold.
Underground Garage: Input code 8409# on the gate transmitter keypad, or simply press the blue keyfob controller attached directly to your keychain loops.
Don't Lock Yourself Out! Our front door uses automated locking vectors once firmly shut. Always check that you have physical keys in hand before passing through the door frame assembly.
Emergency Backup Keybox: If structural containment happens, navigate to the secondary combination key box mounted near the absolute end boundary lines of your front balcony. Code 20114 opens it. Kindly return keys inside immediately after opening!

Gas Cooktop Management: Avoid operating the burners at absolute full flame parameters. The heating element runs incredibly fast and powerful! Keep an eye on nearby flammable materials.
Turn on the Fan: Always switch on the kitchen range hood fan when cooking to prevent smoke or lingering odors from setting off sensitive building alarms.
Mitigation Safety Tools: A fire extinguisher sits directly next to the kitchen recycling collector framework. An emergency fire safety blanket is mounted right on the wall oven structure (simply pull strings down to slide it out instantly).
Kitchen Drawers: All custom cabinet structures feature soft-closing tracking nets; please do not force them closed.

Loft Bathroom Shower: The utility mixing control boundaries are inverted up here! Hot and cold physical mixing directions are reversed.
Tankless Heating: High-efficiency tankless water lines require extended delivery loops to reach peak warmth across faucets.
Power Switch Check: If temperature generation drops out entirely, verify the master toggle switch inside the laundry room wasn't accidentally flipped.
Exhaust Fans: Always keep bathroom vents running during your showers and leave the suite doors propped open post-use to air out humidity.

To refresh internal air naturally, open up the front entrance door, your master bedroom window, and pull back the loft balcony slider to establish a beautiful draft cross breeze. Make sure the screen door remains securely shut to keep bugs out.

Standard Viewing remote: Use the primary LG remote tool for all television watching. Turning it on automatically boots up your Yamaha acoustic sound matrix.
Acoustic Yamaha Remote: This tool is strictly dedicated to CD audio channels only; please avoid utilizing it during television activities.
Audio Dropouts Fixing: If sound streams ever cut out, simply click into the main television settings menu, look for the 'Sound' panel submenu, and deactivate the eARC parameters. Toggle your audio output source to read regular 'TV Speaker'.
