Our Friendly House Rules
The Important Big Rules
We love hosting you and want you to have an amazing stay! Because we live in a very tight-knit community with strict HOA rules, we kindly ask that you respect these guidelines to help us stay on good terms with our neighbors. Violating these can unfortunately lead to an immediate end to your stay without a refund.
- No Parties or Events: Please do not invite outside crowds or host any type of unapproved gathering or commercial event here.
- Illegal Substances: No illegal drugs or substances are allowed anywhere on the property or in common areas.
- Quiet Hours (10 PM - 8 AM): Please keep things beautifully peaceful during these hours. We ask that you walk softly across the floors—our downstairs neighbors' main bedroom is located directly underneath our kitchen zone, and sound travels easily!
- Strictly No Indoor Smoking or Vaping: If you step out onto the balconies to smoke, please make absolutely sure the sliding doors and windows are completely closed so smoke doesn't drift back inside.
Being a Good Neighbor
Trash Disposal
- To keep everything fresh and clean, please drop your food trash down to the garage garbage bins at least every other day.
- The community trash room is easily accessed by heading straight down into our garage facility area.
- Please do not litter anywhere on the premises common ways—community security cameras are running, so let's keep things tidy!
Parking Etiquette
- Your Spot: Please park your car strictly inside the lines of designated parking space #4 so our neighbors can get into theirs easily.
- Charging Restriction: Please do not use or connect to the private Tesla wall charger installed within the space frames.
Caring for the Space
- A Real Home: This is our cherished family home rather than a commercial hotel, so please treat everything with love and care.
- Protecting Countertops: Hot pots and pans will crack or burn our stone countertops and tables! Always use the provided tablecloth, coasters, and placemats before setting hot things down.
- The Refrigerator Gaskets: Be slightly careful when swinging open the refrigerator doors—they can run right into the built-in oven handle interface if opened too quickly. Always check that they seal completely shut after use.
- Plant Love: If you notice our lovely indoor green plants looking a bit thirsty during your stay, feel free to give them a tiny sip of water!
- Daytime Guests: We don't allow unapproved overnight visitors. If you plan to have a friend drop by during the day, just send us a quick text to let us know ahead of time.
